Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·         Supervise all Departments;

·         Manage Hotel Staff;

·         Assist management with creating employee work schedules and performance standard;

·         Maintain Inventory and order new items as needed;

·         Interact with guests to ensure they receive a quality experience;

·         Answering questions and addressing customer complaints;

·         Inspect Rooms, and all other hotel areas for cleanliness and to ensure that hotel protocols are being followed;

·         Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision;

·         Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;

·         Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching;

·         Receive complaints and resolve problems;

·         Maintain timekeeping and personnel records;

·         Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa;

·         Prepare and submit performance reports;

·         Recommend on reward and promotion based on performance;

·         Participation in hiring  and training new employees;

·         Undertake disciplinarily actions if the need arises; and

·         Perform any other duties assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·         The applicant must hold a Diploma/Certificate in first-line management or relevant field. High school diploma; Bachelors in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.

·         Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role;

·         Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field;

·         Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions;

·         Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;

·         Skills: Sales skills, Customer service, Personnel management, Communication skills, Time management, Organization skills, Leadership skills, Attention to detail and Computer skills.
